The project
An exclusive gated beachfront community on Saadiyat Beach, comprising 56 villas and 60 suites, branded and serviced by Four Seasons. It is one of the last freehold beachfront releases on Saadiyat and, in my view, the flagship ultra-prime offer in Abu Dhabi today.
The villa collection spans five to seven bedrooms across garden, golf, golf view, seaside and beachfront positions, crowned by the Beach Mansions and a single Royal Beach Mansion on the sand. The suite collection includes penthouse and royal residences. Villa architecture is by Killa Design, and homeowners are expected from 2029.
