I publish the figures I use myself, with the same areas tracked each time so that the comparison holds from one quarter to the next. Where the data does not reach a market, I say so rather than fill the gap.
Registered Dubai Land Department sales and rental contracts, reported as medians. Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah are registered separately and are covered from published sources when they appear, marked as such. The DIFC keeps its own register inside the free zone, so it is left out rather than shown in part.
