Private Real Estate Advisory · Dubai and Abu Dhabi

A private banking approach to prime property.

I advise a small number of private clients on prime and luxury residential property in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. My starting point is not a listing. It is your position, your objectives, and the structure around them.

How I work

Advisory first. Property second.

I lead with counsel, not a pitch. Once the thinking is clear, the right property tends to follow.

01

Advisory, at no cost

We begin with living in Dubai, the UAE as a wealth and holding structure, portfolio rebalancing, and the Golden Visa. There is no charge and no obligation.

02

Considered access

When it fits, I open the relevant data rooms, from entry luxury through prime to ultra prime, and walk you through each project on its own terms.

03

The right specialists

I am not an investment, financial, legal, or tax adviser. Where those matters arise, I refer you to the appropriate regulated specialist, and make the introduction myself.

Portfolio · Selected projects

A considered few, across three tiers.

I keep the list deliberately short. Whether your first move is an entry luxury apartment or an ultra prime triplex, the advice is the same, and you are welcome to open any project below. Prices are indicative and being confirmed, and further Abu Dhabi projects are being added.

Ultra Prime

Branded residences and trophy addresses

Prime

Prime districts across the Emirates

Entry Luxury

A considered first step, from around EUR 600k

Market

Market notes

A short note each quarter, built from registered transactions rather than asking prices. It is written for buyers deciding what to pay, not as a forecast of where the market is going.

Where I stand.
