The Mr. C story began in 1931, when Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. opened Harry's Bar in Venice. More than ninety years later, Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, the fourth generation of the family, have carried that heritage into a luxury hospitality and residential brand. At Mr. C Residences Downtown, residents benefit from that same service culture applied to private living, from a designated Director of Residences, butler service, and the access-only Mr. C Private Global Office to in-residence dining by a Bellini chef. Owners also enjoy exclusive benefits across the wider Mr. C portfolio, including preferred rates on hotel stays and signature dining.
Residences are offered in two collections. The Signature Collection comprises two and three bedroom homes with three metre ceilings, bespoke Italian kitchens with Miele appliances, and floor to ceiling windows framing Downtown, the Burj Khalifa, and the Arabian Gulf. The Nobile Collection is a limited series of 22 four bedroom half floor residences on the top floors, finished with Calacatta marble, Gaggenau appliances, custom chandeliers, and Loro Piana fabrics. Residents also enjoy direct access to Dubai Mall through an air conditioned walkway.
The building is scheduled to reach 100 per cent completion in Q1 2027, which is materially sooner than most off plan stock in Dubai.
